📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’re happy to offer a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
To speed things up, please include the following in your email to support@crossroadscollections.com:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and issue
- A brief description of the problem
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our products are made to order and personalized, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to find a solution — just reach out to us.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are offered only in special cases, such as:
- Verified production errors that cannot be corrected with a remake
- Verified credit card fraud
- In rare instances where a remake is not possible
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation qualifies, email us at support@crossroadscollections.com, and we’ll be glad to assist you.
⛔ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Because many of our items are custom-made, we begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you’d like to cancel, email us as soon as possible, and we’ll let you know if it’s still eligible.
