🚚 Processing & Shipping Times
Each product is made with care, and many of our items are personalized just for you. Orders typically ship within 1–7 business days after processing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey straight to your door.

Chopping Boards (USA-based production)
- USA: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Apparel (USA-based production)
- USA: 2–8 business days
- International: 5–20 business days

🌍 Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship worldwide! If you can receive mail, we can ship to you.
💸 International Orders – Customs & Taxes
For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do our best to include all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth customs process.
❓ Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package seems to be taking longer than expected:

Allow a few extra days for carrier-related delays (especially during holidays or weather events).

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, we’ll help you file a claim for a replacement or refund. If you didn’t purchase insurance, we’ll still do everything we can to help — just contact us and we’ll walk you through the next steps.
